 The moon-English rhyme

Oh! Look at the moon

He is  shining up there,

Oh! Mother, he looks

Like a lamp in the air.

Last week he was  smaller,

And shaped like  a bow.

But now he  is grown bigger,

And round as an O.

Hindi meaning of the poem

अरे मां! चांद की ओर देखो!

वह वहां चमक रहा है,

अरे! मां, वह दिखता है

हवा में एक दिए की तरह।

पिछले हफ्ते वह थोड़ा छोटा था,

उसका आकार एक धनुष की तरह था।

लेकिन अब वह बड़ा हो गया है,

और 'O' के जैसे गोल हो गया है।
